摘要
探讨和评价血液透析患者进行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的可行性和安全性。结果：所有患者术后２４ ～４８ｈ恢复血液透析。８ 例术后恢复良好，无任何并发症，１ 例出现胆囊三角区少量积液。结论：围手术期处理对血液透析患者相当重要，控制良好的血液透析患者可以安全进行腹腔镜胆囊切除术。
Gallstone may develop in hemodialysis patients.During the past four years,nine cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy were performed in hemodialysis patients by the authors.All the patients restored hemodialysis 24 to 48 horus after the operation,eight cases of them recovered very well from the operations ,while one patient had a mild complication of hydrops in gallbladder region.The availability of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in hemodialysis patients and the preoperative management were discussed in this article.As a conclusion,patients on well-managed hemodialysis will tolerate laparoscopic cholecystectomy safely.
