近5年来针灸治疗膝骨关节炎临床研究概述

Summarize on Clinical Research of Acupuncture Treatment in KOA in Recent Five Years

从文献的报道来看,针灸对膝骨关节炎(KOA)具有良好的临床疗效。近5年来的资料表明,采用的方法大多为针刺、温灸、电针及针药并用等,较多使用的是两种和两种以上的方法相结合,且综合疗效往往优于单一疗法。如何确定针灸治疗KOA的最佳方法,找到最简化的治疗方案,按照循证医学的要求,确定针灸治疗KOA的公认量化指标,以揭示临床疗效取得的机理,将是今后研究工作的重点。

Acupuncture treatment in Knee Osteoarthritis（KOA）has a good clinical curative effect from the document to see.Acupuncture,moxibustion and acupuncture combined medicine treatments were all used for treating KOA and combined two or more than two methods used most from recent five years data and comprehensive effect was better than monotherapy.Our future research work＇s key point will be concern on how to determine the best method of acupuncture treatment in KOA and find the simplified trerapeutic schedule and definite recognition quantification target about acupuncture treatment in KOA according to the require of consult medical certificate in order to reveal the mechanism which the clinical curative effect obtained.
