摘要
目的:考察不同商品地来源木香饮片及麸煨品中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯含量。方法:以甲醇为溶剂,超声提取后,采用HPLC法对不同商品地来源的木香饮片及麸煨品中的木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯含量进行了测定。结果:14种不同商品地木香饮片生品中两个指标性成分含量总量最高为7.65%,最低为2.11%,差3倍以上;麸煨品中两个指标性成分含量总量最高为3.16%,最低为1.30%,差2倍以上。且两个指标性成分含量配比发生了改变。结论:不同来源的木香饮片中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯含量差别明显,急需制订木香中药饮片及炮制品质量标准。
Objective:Determination the contents of costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone in raw and Bran-roasted Radix Aucklandiae.from different origin.Method:Methanol as solvent,after ultrasonic extraction,the contents of costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone were estimated in raw and Bran-roasted Radix Aucklandiae.from different origin using the HPLC.Results:Among the 14 raw species,the highest total content of the two indicative components up to 7.65%,the lowest was 2.11%,and about more than 3 times;in Bran-roasted products,the total content of the two indicative elements up to 3.16%,the lowest was 1.30% and poor in 2 times.The proportion of the two indicative elements alters after processing.Conclusions:The costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone content of Radix Aucklandiae.from different origin have clear differences,the urgent need for slices Chinese Herbal Medicine and processed products of quality standards.
