子宫内膜异位症中医综合疗法研究进展

Research on Endometriosis Treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine Combination Therapy

子宫内膜异位症(EMs)治疗的关键和难点是疼痛的治疗。近年来通过大量临床研究及文献报道,在中医药治疗EMs的作用机理方面取得了很大进展,中医综合疗法在缓解EMs盆腔痛、改善患者生活质量等方面,疗效确切,优势明显。在今后的研究中,应当加强对有效中医药疗法的机制研究,突出中医优势,并结合现代医学知识,努力形成较规范的诊治模式。

The pain is the key and difficulty of the treatment of Endometriosis（EMs）.Recently,based on clinical researches and reports,the mechanism of EMs in Chinese medicine treatment has made great progress.Moreover,Chinese medicine combination therapy has positive effects and obvious advantages in alleviating pelvic pain,improving the quality of the patients＇ life.We,in future research,should pay more attention to strengthening the research on mechanisms of the effective Chinese medicine and highlighting the advantages of Chinese medicine.Combined with modern medical knowledge,we also should strive to form a more standardized treatment model on EMs.
