Progress of Animal Model of Damp-Heat Syndrome

对20余年来湿热证动物模型(包括温病湿热证、脾胃湿热证、肝胆湿热证、肾病湿热证、大肠湿热证、肺炎湿热证及多发性肌炎湿热证)的研究进展进行综述,从中医湿热证病因及证候特征的角度对不同的造模方法、造模条件进行比较评价,为湿热证实验研究选择合适的动物模型提供参考。

The Summary is about the research development of animal model of damp-heat syndrome（including epidemic febrile disease of damp-heat syndrome,spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome,damp-heat syndrome of liver and gallbladder,nephritis with damp-heat syndrome,large intestine damp-heat syndrome,damp-heat syndrome of pneumonia and polymyositis with damp-heat syndrome）in recent two decades,comparing and evaluating the different method and condition in made damp-heat syndrome animal models from the angles of pathogeny and syndrome characteristic,in order to provide reference for selecting appropriate model for experimental research of damp-heat syndrome.
