护理干预对系统性红斑狼疮患者心理状况的影响

Nursing Intervention on Mental State in Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

目的:调查护理干预在改善系统性红斑狼疮患者的心理健康状况方面的效果。方法:采用成组病例对照研究方法,选择在本院治疗的患者70例,随机分成实验组和对照组,每组35例。两组药物治疗相同,实验组同时采用护理干预,包括对系统性红斑狼疮病认知疗法、心理疗法、行为疗法等,疗程为12周。分别于治疗前1周及治疗经护理干预后SCL-90总分及各因子分评分均下降,与治疗前相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预可以改善患者的心身症状。

Objectives：To study the effect of nursing intervention on mental state in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE）.Methods：With the research method of unitizing case comparison,70 patients with SLE were selected from our hospital,and divided into experimental group and control group randomly,with 35 cases in each group.The identical pharmaceutical therapy was used in both groups,besides this,the experimental group was given nursing intervention including the cognitive therapeutics,psychological therapeutics and behavioral therapeutics of SLE and nursing care for 12 weeks.SCL-90 was used to test the two groups in a week before treatment and 12 weeks after treatment respectively,and their results were observed.Results：with a statistical difference between them（P0.05）.The SCL-90 score and every elemental score after nursing intervention decreased compared with those before treatment,with statistical difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Nursing intervention can relieve or eliminate psychological sufferings in SLE patients.
