Development Status of Clinical Pathway

临床路径是一种既能保证医疗质量,又能降低医疗成本的诊疗规范。目前,临床上已针对某些病种开始推行临床路径。文章通过对临床路径概念的阐述及其产生、发展过程的回顾,分析国内外临床路径研究的现况,揭示建立及实施中西医结合临床路径的可行性和必要性。

Clinical pathway is a diagnostic and treatment practices,which can guarantee the quality of medical care,as well as lower health care costs.Currently,some disease has practice clinical pathway.This paper describes the concept of clinical pathway and the production,development review,analysis of domestic and international status of clinical pathway,revealing the establishment and implementation of Integrative Medicine feasibility and necessity of the clinical pathway.
