职业教育改革试验区发展规划及实施情况研究

Research on Development Plan and Implementation Situation of Vocational Education Test Area

2005年8月,市政府与教育部共同决定,在天津共建全国第一家职业教育改革试验区,双方签署五项共建协议,起讫时间为2005年8月至2010年8月。五年中,天津对职业教育试验区建设作了缜密的发展规划,举全市之力在深化职业教育体制改革,创新"工学结合"教学模式等方面进行了积极探索,取得了非常丰富的改革试验成果。《职业教育改革试验区发展规划及实施情况研究》,较全面地将市政府与教育部在天津共建全国第一家职业教育改革试验区的规划过程与实施情况做出了概括和总结。

In August 2005, the municipal government and Ministry of Education codetermined to jointly construct the first national vocational education test area in Tianjin. Both sides signed five agreements of joint construction which started from August 2005 till August 2010. During these five years, Tianjin made careful de- velopment plan for the construction of vocational education test area and actively probed into deepening the re- form of educational system and innovating the teaching mode of work- study combination, etc. by gathering the citers strength together, and achieved great success in this reform test. This paper roundly summarizes the planning process and implementation situation that the municipal government and Ministry of Education jointly construct the first national vocational education test area in Tianjin.
