摘要 目前,高职毕业生的就业状况存在着就业岗位竞争激烈,或就业岗位不对口,频繁跳槽等现象,究其原因是学生对企业的了解甚少、缺乏感性认识,缺乏企业适应性。对高职学校职业指导工作进行有效性研究,对校企文化互融在高职职业指导中的作用分析,认为教育理念、教师素质、教育环境对高职职业指导工作的有效开展尤为重要。高职学校应将企业文化引进校园,搭建校企文化互融的多种教育教学平台,使校企深度融合的文化氛围感染学生,内化学生对未来职业的感知和适应。将职业指导贯穿于校企文化互融环境下的学生整个的学习过程,提升毕业生的从业竞争力,从而提高毕业生的就业率和就业稳定率。 The phenomenon of fierce competition or mismatch in employment opportunities and frequent job- hopping exist in employment situation of higher vocational graduates presently, the reason of which is that students do not know enough about the enterprises and are short of perceptual knowledge and adaptability for en- terprises. The analysis on the function of school - enterprise culture integration in career guidance for higher vo- cational students shows that the educational idea and environment and teachers quality are very important for the career guidance. Higher vocational colleges should introduce enterprise culture into campus and set up various educational and teaching platforms for school - enterprise culture integration so that the cultural atmosphere can affect students and internalize their apperception and adaption for future career. Making career guidance run through the whole study process of students under the environment of school - enterprise culture integration can improve the employment competitiveness of graduates and therefore improve their employment rate and stabiliza- tion rate tier employment.
