摘要
20世纪60年代以来,英国教育改革的主线是以人为本,提高职业教育的整体地位,缩小职业教育与学历教育的差距,构建两者之间"同等重视、并行发展、相互贯通"的H型结构,使得终身教育体系不断得以完善。
Since the 1960s, the mainline of the reform of UK education is to improve the whole position of vocational education which is people - oriented, to narrow the gap between vocational educa- tion and diploma education, to construct H- type structure between both sides which means＂equal importance, parallel development, mutual connection＂so that the life- long education system can be perfected constantly
