摘要
高职院校薪酬改革中行政管理人员的薪酬体系设计是一个难点,通过对高职院校行政管理人员的职级、岗位进行分析与评估,结合三元结构薪酬理论,充分考虑部门与岗位之间存在的差异性,注重对岗位与绩效的权重与分配力度,进行了薪酬体系模式设计的探析与研究。
The design of salary system for administrative staff in salary reform of higher vocational colleges is difficult. This paper explores and studies on the design of salary system mode by analyzing and evaluating the career level and position of administrative staff in higher vocational colleges according to ternary structure of compensation theory, difference between department and position, and weight and power about position and performance.
