天然气压缩机气缸体铸件的材质改进

摘要 气缸体铸件是RDs天然气压缩机组的关键部件。由于其结构复杂、壁厚不均,且性能要求较高,铸件易因材质疏松、裂纹等铸造缺陷而致渗漏报废。针对性改进材质后,基本解决了铸件材质疏松问题,降低了废品率,获得了较好的经济效益。 RDS cylinder block castings are key components of natural gas compressors. Because of their complicated double-layer wall, uneven wall thickness and high bearing pressure performance requirements, the castings were often scrapped due to leakage caused by casting defects, such as porosity, crack, etc. After improving the material of castings, the problem of porosity was solved and the reject rate was also reduced.
