在单缸柴油机机体生产中采用冷芯盒制芯工艺，分析了冷芯盒工艺的关键，以及生产中常见的铸件缺陷及防止方法，并将其与合脂砂工艺的成本进行了对比。

The cold box core process was used in single cylinder diesel engine block casting. Some experiences has been concluded through application, including some key control points of process, defects and its prevention and cost advantage over baked-oil core process.
