经鼻-瘘口逆行引流胸内吻合口瘘的治疗体会

The comprehend of treatment through nose-orificium fistulae flyback chest drainage

目的总结10例经鼻-瘘口逆行引胸内流吻合口瘘的临床经验。方法在数字减影血管造影(DSA)机或胃镜引导下,将介入导管或引流管经鼻-瘘口送入胸内脓腔最佳位置,持续负压吸引,配合胸腔引流和肠内外营养支持。结果经鼻-瘘口逆行引流治疗的B组10例患者疗效优于传统治疗的A组10例患者。结论经鼻-瘘口逆行引流吻合口瘘与传统的治疗相比,效果更显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical experience of 10 cases through nose - orificium fistulae flyback chest drainage. Methods To guide by digital subtraction angiography（DSA） or gastroscope, we post in intervention tube or drainage tube to thoracic cavity vomica optimal position, to give continuous negative pressure aspiration and go with chest drainage and nutritional support. Results The cura- tive effect in B group 10 cases through nose - orificium fistulae flyback chest drainage outstrip traditional A group 10 cases. Conclusion To compare traditional chest drainage,the curative effect through nose -orificium fistulae flybaek chest drainage is more significant.
