945例剖宫产原因分析

Analysis of the causes of 945 cesarean section cases

目的探讨荣县2009年剖宫产率高的原因,寻找降低剖宫产率的对策。方法对荣县所有开展剖宫产的10个医疗保健机构2009年1月-2009年12月的945例剖宫产资料进行回顾性分析。结果社会因素所致的剖宫产339例居首位,占35.87%;胎儿窘迫者160例,占16.93%;头盆不称或相对头盆不称者126例,占13.33%。结论加强围产期保健,孕期宣教,提高孕妇对分娩的认识,提高产科医师的技术水平,合理掌握剖宫产指征,在一定程度上能降低剖宫产率。

Objective To seek strategies to reduce cesarean section rate by analyzing causes of the high cesarean section rate in Rongxian district in 2009. Methods 945 cesarean section cases of 10 medical health organs in Rongxian in 2009 were analyzed retrospective- ly. Results The rank order of indications for cesarean section of Rongxian in 2009 was as follows ： social factors which is at the top（ 339 ca- ses,35.87% ） ,fetal distress （ 160 cases, 16.93% ） , eephalopelvic disproportion （ 126 cases, 13.33% ）. Conclusion We could decrease ce- sarean section rate to a certain extent by enhancing perinatal care and prenatal education, improving the understanding of delivery, heightening obstetricians＇ technical level, and mastering the indications of cesarean section correctly.
