摘要
根管治疗是治疗牙髓病和根尖周病的有效方法,而根管预备是根管治疗术中的关键步骤之一,根管治疗术的成功与否很大程度上取决于根管预备的质量。但根管预备容易出现一些并发症,本文就根管治疗中一些常见并发症如台阶形成、根尖偏移、根管穿孔、器械折断、疼痛反应及其常规处理办法作一综述。
Root canal treatment is a effective method for treating endodontic disease,cleaning and shaping of the root canal system is a critical procedure of the RCT.The outcomes of RCT greatly depend on the quality of root canal preparation.During the preparation some complications may occur.This review is about the common complications during instrumentation such as ledge,aberrations,perforation,instruments fracture and pain response and the management.
