血管紧张素受体阻滞剂防治心房颤动的研究现状

摘要
心房颤动(Af)为最常见的心律失常之一,常与心血管病发病率和死亡率息息相关。近年来实验研究认为:血管紧张素受体阻滞剂(ARBs)在心律失常的防治中具有一定的作用,尤其是ARBs防治Af已成为当今研究的热点之一,现就有关此方面的研究现状作一综述。
