This paper analyzes three factors influencing construction cost including construction organization design of optimization project,implementing responsibility,rights and benefits of cost control,and engineering change caused by effective control,and discusses effective whole process management methods and measures of engineering project construction cost,so as to reduces engineering cost of construction project,and to realize maximum benefit.
