Exploration on financing problems and countermeasures for new countryside construction

针对重庆市近几年加快推进新农村建设,在项目开发过程中存在建设投资额较大,融资困难等问题,从健全政府投融资平台、引导私人部门投资、整合农民资产等方面入手探讨了多途径融资方法,以期促进城乡统筹发展。

In view of large construction investment and financing difficulty in promoting new countryside construction projects in Chongqing city in recent years,it explores multiple financing ways from aspects of perfecting government investment platform,guiding private departments＇ investment,and integrating farmers＇ asset,etc.,so as to promote coordinated rural-urban development.
