摘要
结合施工现场项目管理工作实践,对如何加强施工现场项目的管理,提高文明施工水平进行了研究,分析了当前施工现场管理中存在的问题及原因,提出了相应的措施和建议,以指导施工企业逐步提高文明施工水平。
Combining with the working practice of the program management of construction field,the paper researches the ways of how to intensify the management of the construction field program and enhance the level of civilized construction,analyzes the problems and reasons in the construction field management,and points out respective measures and suggestions,so as to direct the construction enterprises to improve the civilized construction increasingly.
