小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床观察与体会

目的提高小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的诊断率及治疗效果。方法对符合条件的90例患儿进行观察,包括临床表现、实验室检查结果及治疗效果。结果患儿临床表现以咳嗽为主、过敏原阳性者占61.11%;对90例患儿进行正规治疗后,总有效率为90.00%。结论提高对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的认识以及全面、仔细分析对该病的早期诊断、早期治疗极其重要。

Objective In order to improve the children with cough variant asthma diagnosis and treatments.Methods Of the eligible children were observed in 90 cases,including clinical manifestations,laboratory results and treatment.Results Mainly in children with clinical symptoms were cough,allergen accounted for 61.11%;90 cases of children with regular treatment,the total effective rate was 90.00%.Conclusion Raising children with cough variant asthma awareness and a comprehensive,detailed analysis of early diagnosis and early treatment is extremely important.
