低血糖生成指数食物干预治疗葡萄糖耐量异常患者临床研究

摘要 目的探讨低血糖生成指数食物在葡萄糖耐量异常患者干预治疗的临床价值。方法选择2006年1月~2009年1月进行体检而明确诊断为葡萄糖耐量异常患者120例,通过营养师特别制定饮食,每餐食物血糖生成指数在50%~55%。总疗程12周后测患者的腰围、身高、体重,计算BMI;测量血压;检测空腹静脉血糖、同步空腹血胰岛素(FINS)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、血脂、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)。结果通过低GI饮食12周后,患者的腰围、BMI、血压较治疗前下降;三餐后2小时平均血糖水平、FINS、HOMA-IR、HbA1C均显著下降;甘油三酯和hsCRP也显著下降,有统计学差异。结论低血糖生成指数食物可减少胰岛素分泌量,减轻炎性反应,改善胰岛素抵抗,并可控制血压调节血脂。 Objective On the Glycemic Index foods in glucose tolerance value of intervention.Methods Select January 2006-January 2009 in our hospital annual general examination and diagnosis of glucose tolerance 120 cases,by Dietitians must diet,each meal and food glycemic index at 50%~55%.The total period of 12 weeks after measuring patients waistlines,height,weight,calculate BMI,blood pressure measurement,detection of fasting blood glucose,synchronization fasting venous blood insulin(FINS),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1C),blood fat,high-sensitivity c-reactive protein(hsCRP).Results By low GI Diet after 12 weeks,Patients with waist circumference,blood pressure and BMI,more distinctly dropped before treatment;Three meals a day after 2 hours average Blood glucose and HbA1C FINS,HOMA-IR,are a significant drop;Triglyceride and hsCRP also dropped significantly,there are differences of statistics.Conclusion Glycemic Index foods reduces the amount of insulin secretion,reduce inflammation,improving insulin resistance,and control of blood pressure regulation of blood lipid.
