摘要 目的探讨Survivin、VEGF与舌鳞状细胞癌与各种临床病理参数的关系及两者间的相互关系。方法选取舌鳞癌45例患者,按有无淋巴结转移、性别、年龄、组织分级及TNM分期进行分组,采用SP免疫组织化学法检测其癌组织中Survivin、VEGF表达情况。对所得数据应用x2检验、Spearman等级相关检验进行统计学处理。结果 Survivin、VEGF的阳性表达率分别达66.7%、71.1%,高于正常舌黏膜,两者间均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);Survivin表达与组织分级、临床分期、区域淋巴结转移有显著性差异(P<0.05),VEGF表达与临床分期、区域淋巴结转移有显著性差异(P<0.05),两者均与年龄、性别之间无显著性差异(P>0.05);本组中Survivin、VEGF表达呈正相关(P<0.01,r=0.485)。结论 Survivin和VEGF在舌鳞癌组织中呈过表达,并与其发生、发展密切相关;两者的联合检测可以作为判断舌癌生物学行为和指导临床治疗的指标。 Objective To explore the relationships between Survivin and VEGF expression,clinical pathologic characteristics in tongue squmous cell carcinoma(TSCC),and the correlation between Survivin and VEGF.Methods Divide the 45 cases of TSCC into several groups according to lymphatic metastasis,sex,age,histological grade,and TNM stages.Immunohistochemistry SP method was performed to measure the situation of Survivin and VEGF expression.Chi-square test and Spearman rank correlation was applied to do statisticsed processing.Results Survivin and VEGF showed nuclear staining,66.7% of the tumor showed Survivin positive,and 71.1% showed VEGF positive.The levels of the expression of Survivin protein correlated with histological grade,TNM stages and neck lymph node metastases(P0.05).The levels of the expression of VEGF protein correlated with TNM stages and neck lymph node metastases(P0.05);and both of them were not correlated with age and sex(P0.05).The level of the expression of Survivin protein positively correlated with that of VEGF(P0.01,r=0.485).Conclusion Survivin and VEGF were overexpressed in TSCC,it is closely correlated with its occurrence and development.And both of them jointly may be a reliable indicator to determine biological behaviors and clinical therapy of TSCC.
