房颤患者转复窦律的预测因素分析

目的分析心房颤动患者转复为窦性心律的预测因素。方法选择2007年1月～2009年12月在我院住院,入院时为心房颤动患者共120例,按其住院期间是否转为窦性心律分为A组(阵发性房颤组)48例和B组(永久性房颤组)72例,统计两组病人在年龄、性别、入院时心室率、房颤持续时间、左房大小、左室收缩功能、是否瓣膜病等方面的差异,分析心房颤动患者转复的预测因素。统计学采用t检验及x2检验。结果两组病人在性别、年龄、是否瓣膜病、左室收缩功能(EF值)上差异均无统计学意义,A组左房大小明显小于B组(P<0.05);A组房颤持续时间明显小于B组(P<0.05);A组入院时平均心室率明显大于B组(P<0.05)。结论左房大小、房颤持续时间、入院时心室率对房颤能否转复具有一定预测价值。

Objective To analyze the factors that predict if it can restored sinus rhythm in patients with atrial fibrillation.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with atrial fibrillation were divide into two groups according to whether it can be restored sinus rhythm：group A（paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group）forty-eight patients,group B（permanent atrial fibrillation group）seventy-two patients.The differences of gender,age,complications with valvular heart disease（VHD）,left atrial dimension（LAD）,left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）,heart rate when admission to hospital and duration of the atrial fibrillation of the two groups were analyzed.Results It have not difference in the gender,age,complications with valvular heart disease（VHD）,left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） of two groups.Compared with group B,group A＇s left atrial dimension were smaller,heart rate were faster,duration of the atrial fibrillation were shorter（P0.05）.Conclusion Left atrial dimension,heart rate when admission to hospital,duration of the AF are factors to predict if it can be restored sinus rhythm in patients with atrial fibrillation.
