纤维喉镜与鼻内镜联合应用治疗上颌窦囊肿48例之体会

目的探讨纤维喉镜与鼻内镜联合应用治疗上颌窦囊肿的临床效果。方法对我48例上颌窦囊肿患者进行纤维喉镜与鼻内镜联合应用治疗,从而总结治疗效果和经验。结果 48例上颌窦囊肿患者囊肿均在内窥镜手术下完整切除,其中,治愈46例,有效2例,总有效率为100%。随访6～12个月,均无复发现象发生。结论纤维喉镜与鼻内镜联合应用切除上颌窦囊肿手术创伤小,操作简便,治疗效果确切,是治疗上颌窦囊肿的有效方法,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To study the fiberoptic laryngoscope and endoscopic treatment of Maxillary cysts.Methods In my hospital mortality of 48 cases of maxillary sinus cyst laryngoscopes with fiber and endoscopic treatment to summarize outcomes and experiences.Results 48 cases of maxillary cyst with abscess in endoscopic surgery following complete resection,of which 46,healing,valid 2 cases,the overall efficiency of 100%.Follow-up of 6 to 12 months,have no recurrent phenomenon.Conclusion Fiberoptic laryngoscope combined with endoscopic resection of maxillary sinus cyst surgery trauma is small,easy to operate,the exact treatment outcomes,is the treatment of maxillary sinus cyst of effective methods and worthy of further application.
