摘要
目的观察荞麦花叶总黄酮(TFBFL)对链脲佐菌素(STZ)加脂肪乳诱导的糖尿病大鼠心肌的保护作用,探讨其可能机制。方法采用STZ腹腔注射加脂肪乳灌胃诱导大鼠糖尿病动物模型。观察TFBFL治疗前后心脏结构和功能的变化,检测心肌组织TNF-α的含量。结果 TFBFL改善了糖尿病大鼠心脏左心室的结构和功能,降低了心肌组织中TNF-α的含量。结论 TFBFL可改善糖尿病心肌病大鼠左心室功能,具有心肌保护作用。
[ Objective ] To observe the protective effects of total flavones of buckwheat flower and leaf (TFBFL) on the myocardial of T2DM rats, and to investigate its mechanism. [Methods] T2DM rats was induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin and gastric lipid emulsion administration. The construction and function of heart, the content of TNF-α in myocardial were compared before and after TFBFL administration. [ Results] The left ventricular construction and function were improved and the TNF-α content decreased in myocardial in diabetic rats after TFBFL administration. [ Conclusion ] TFBFL improves the left ventricular function and protects the myocardial in diabetic rats.
