摘要
目的探讨金茵颗粒剂对豚鼠胆色素结石性胆囊炎的治疗作用及其分子机制。方法构建豚鼠胆色素结石性胆囊炎模型,然后用金茵颗粒剂连续治疗15d,治疗结束后,观察胆囊成石率、胆囊组织形态及超微结构的变化,并用ELISA法检测血清及胆汁中IL-2和IL-15的含量。结果金茵颗粒剂组成石率极低,与模型对照组比较,差异显著(P<0.01);金茵颗粒剂治疗后的豚鼠胆囊炎症明显减轻,超微结构基本恢复正常;血清及胆汁中IL-2及IL-15含量较模型对照组明显减少(P<0.01)。结论金茵颗粒剂对豚鼠胆色素结石性胆囊炎具有治疗作用,其机制与其能够降低胆汁及血清中IL-2和IL-15含量有关。
[ Objective ] To explore the therapeutic effect and the molecular mechanism of Jinyin granule (JYG) to eholecystitis with bile pigment calculus on guinea pigs. [Methods ] First, cholecystitis models with bile pigment calculus were established on guinea pigs. Then they were treated continuously with JYG for 15 days. After treatment the gallstone formation rate, tissue morphology and uhrastrueture of the guinea-pigs gallbladder were examined and the content of intedeukin 2 (IL-2) and that of intedeukin 15 (IL-15) in the serum and bile were measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method. [ Results ] Compared with the model group, the JYG group had lower gallstone formation rate and the difference was significant (P 〈0.01); gallbladder inflammation was obviously slighter and uhrastructure returned basically to normal in the JYG groups. The content of IL-2 and that of IL-15 in the serum and bile were significantly decreased and compared with the model group remarkable difference existed (P 〈0.01). [ Conclusions ] JYG has the action to cure cholecystitis with bile pigment calculus on guinea pigs, the mechanism is interrelated to its decreasing the content of IL-2 and that of IL-15 in the serum and bile.
