UPA和CD44s在乳腺癌中表达的临床意义和它们的相关性 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂(urokinase type plasmivnogen activator,UPA)和细胞黏附因子标准型(Cell coheresive factor,CD44s)在乳腺癌中表达的临床意义及相关性。方法收集乳腺癌标本86例、腺瘤46例。利用免疫组织化学技术检测UPA和CD44s阳性表达率,并分析它们之间的相关性。结果 UPA和CD44s在乳腺腺瘤中阳性率为28.26%(15/46)和15.22%(7/46);它们在乳腺癌中阳性率前者为56.98%(49/86),后者为45.35%(39/86),两者差异无显著性(P>0.05)。它们在乳腺癌中的阳性率明显高于腺瘤中的阳性率(P<0.05);在浸润型癌(含小叶癌或导管浸润癌)组的阳性率明显高于非浸润型癌组(含小叶及导管内癌)。在有淋巴结转移组阳性率明显高于无转移组(P<0.05)。两者相关系数r=0.37。结论 UPA和CD44s高表达与乳腺癌发生及转移有相关性,而且两者呈低度正相关。检测乳腺癌UPA和CD44s对提示预后和靶向化学治疗有指导作用。 [ Objective ] To discuss the condition and clinical signification of urokinase type plasminogen activator (UPA) and cell eoheresive factor(CD44s) overexpression in breast cancer. [Methods ] 86 cases of breast cancer tissues, 46 cases of adenoma tissues were examined by immunohistochemical method for expression of UPA and CD44s, the relationship of them was analyzed. [Results] The positive rates of UPA and CD44s were28.26%(15/46) and 15.22%(7/46) in breast adenoma tissues , and 56.98%(49/86) and 45.35%(39/86) in breast cancer tissues, but the difference between them was not positive (P 〉0.05). The positive rates of UPA and CD44s in breat cancer were higher than that in adenoma tissues (P 〈0.05); the expression of them in the infiltration cancer group (infiltration lobular carcinoma and ductal carcinoma) was positively higher than that in the non-infiltration group (lobular carcinoma in suit and intraductal carcinoma)(P 〈0.05).The positive rates of UPA and CD44s in lymphmetastasis group were higher than that in non-lymphmetastasis group (P 〈0.05). The relation coefficient were r =0.31. [ Conclusion ] The overexpression of UPA and CD44s had relation between breast cancer occurrence and lymphmetastasis. The examination of UPA and CD44s is a guidance for target chemotherapy and to prompt the prognosis.
