摘要
装饰用铝箔轧制过程中常出现波浪(边浪、中浪和肋浪)缺陷,在生产实践中总结出控制波浪缺陷的方法:采用合适的轧辊原始凸度避免边浪和中浪;选用合适的板形曲线,减轻肋浪和边浪;适时采用轧制油冷却轧辊控制辊形,减轻肋浪;控制卷取张力,控制熨平辊的位置和压力,稳定轧制过程,都是减轻波浪的技术措施。生产中不是单独使用某一种方法,而是根据具体情况优先采用能最迅速、最有效的控制板形的方法,并联合使用其他方法,获得了最好的减轻波浪的效果。
The wave(edge wave,buckle,quarter buckle) defects of the decorative aluminum foil were appeared during rolling process.The wave controlling methods have been summarized through rolling production.The edge waves and buckles can be eliminated by proper original crown of the rolls.The quarter buckle and edge wave can be decreased by proper profile curve of strip.The quarter buckle can be improved by rolling oil applying on the rolls at appropriate time for controlling the roll camber.The coiling tension,ironing roller position and pressure,stable rolling process are the measures for ameliorating technologies as well.During production one or some above mentioned technologies are taken previously in order to control the flatness of the foil effectively.
