摘要
为筛选出籽粒和荚果表面均抗黄曲霉感染的花生品种资源, 采用福建省花生主产区分离得到的高毒、致病性强的 A F04122 ( Aflavus) 菌株, 分别对国外引进的 I C G V91287 等11 个抗黄曲霉花生品种进行籽粒和荚果表面接菌鉴定。试验结果: I C G V91287、 I C G V94449 A 和 I C G V94377 等3 个品种籽粒与荚果表面均抗黄曲霉感染; I C G V94449 B、 J11 和坦3 等3 个品种籽粒表面抗黄曲霉感染; I C G V93366 和 I C G V94455 等2 个品种荚果表面抗黄曲霉感染; I C G V91284果、籽均为中抗; 其他均不抗。
In order to screen some groundnut varieties which resist to A.flavus, a highly toxic and strong pathogenic A.flavus strain AF04122,separated from the main groundnut\|producing area of Fujian province,was used to identify the seed and pod surface resistance of 11 introduced foreign groundnut varieties by artificial pathogen inoculation.The results showed that 3 varieties(ICGV91287,ICGV94449A and ICGV94377) resisted to A.flavus on both pod and seed surface,ICGV94449B,J11 and Tan 3,ICGV93366 and ICGV94455 had only resistance on pod and seed surface,respectively.ICGV91284 was mid resistant on both pod and seed surface,and the others had no resistance.
