摘要
为掌握甘薯天蛾的发生动态, 就温、湿度对其影响进行了研究。研究表明: 从20~30℃,甘薯天蛾卵孵化率随温度升高而增大, 在30℃时孵化率最高, 达938% ; 温度高于30℃, 孵化率反而减小。利用计算机程序进行回归方程拟合, 结果表明: 温度 (x) 与甘薯天蛾卵历期 (y1)、幼虫历期 (y2)、预蛹历期 (y3)、蛹历期 (y4) 的最优方程式分别为: y1= 1/0261- 6661×107- x;y2= 3252e43294/x ; y3= 0205e75241/x; y4= 1435e61093/x。温度 (x) 与卵 ( D1)、幼虫 ( D2)、预蛹( D3)、蛹 ( D4) 的发育速率的关系分别为: D1= (x- 144) /626; D2= (x- 107) /2685; D3= (x - 170) /315; D4= (x- 143) /1735。蛹羽化最适相对湿度为755% 。
The experiments were conducted to study the effect of temperature and humidity on the development of Herse convolvuli Linne The result showed that hatchability of Herse convolvuli increased with the temperature in the range of 20℃to 30℃, the peak value (93 8%) occured when temperture was 30℃,but hatchability decreased when temperture was over 30℃ The relation between temperature and duration of egg( y 1),larva ( y 2),prepupae ( y 3) and pupae ( y 4) were y 1=1/0 261-6 661×107 - x ; y 2=3 252e 43 294/ x ; y 3=0 205e 75 241/ x ; y 4=1 435e 61 109/ x respectively The relation between temperature ( x )and developmental rate of egg ( D 1),larva ( D 2),prepupae ( D 3) or pupae ( D 4)were D 1=( x -14 4)/62 6; D 2=( x -10 7)/268 5; D 3=( x -17 0)/31 5; D 4=( x -14 3)/173 5 respectively The optimal humidity for emergence was about 75 5%.
