潜规则化的道德教育

The Hidden Regularized Moral Education

正统的极端的道德理想主义道德教育由于陈词过于高调,已经很难取得实效。然而,完全摒弃这种教育,又可能导致主流意识形态的危机。鉴于此,一种隐性的道德教育正在教育界蔓延。它不同于正统的道德教育,但打着正统道德教育的"招牌"践行着一种"潜规则化的道德教育"。潜规则化道德教育中存在着这样的潜规则:言不由衷并按照纯粹的道德形式行动的人都能够获得益处。这种道德教育虽然有助于一时"维稳",但既不正当也不有效,更不利于社会的长治久安。

With the rapid development of market economy and the awareness of personal interests, the formal moral education of extreme moral idealism liking to mouth high-sounding words has been difficult to achieve practical results. Nevertheless, our country has not totally abandoned this moral education. This may be due to the Chinese government believes that if we completely reject this education, it may cause the crisis of mainstream ideology. In view of this, China has implemented an implicit moral education that is a kind of ＇ hidden regularized moral education＇ that is different from but under the signboard of the formal moral education. There are some unspoken rules in the hidden regularized moral education that the teachers and the students will derive much benefit from speaking lip - born words and making some cosmetic acts. This moral education can maintain social stability in short time, but neither justifiable nor effective. So, to preserve the continued safety of our country, we must abandon this kind of moral education.
