提出了"三横五纵"全员岗位价值网格精细化管理新模式,论述具体内涵和主要特征,重点介绍了经营管理线、生产机电线、安全文明线、文化礼仪线、环境美化线"五条线"管理的主要做法,总结了在煤铝企业实施网格精细化管理所取得的成效。
The paper proposes the new mode of refined management with three-five vertical and horizontal position value grid,and discusses its concrete intention and characteristics.The author of this paper emphasizes on the introduction of management in the five lines,including business management,production and mechanical and electrical management,safety management,manner and culture management,landscaping management,and summarize the achievements in coal-aluminum company after applying the gird refined management.
