福建省血清Ⅱ型鸭疫里氏杆菌的首次分离与鉴定

First isolation and identifaction of R anatipestifer type Ⅱ in Fujian Province

自免疫过Ⅰ型鸭疫里氏杆菌灭活苗表现为纤维素性心包炎、肝周炎和气囊炎的病死北京鸭肝脏中分离到一株菌， 定名为 Ｆ９８０５１。经常规检查、生化试验及血清型鉴定， 发现为Ⅱ型鸭疫里氏杆菌。人工感染试验结果表明， 它对北京雏鸭有较强的致病性， 致死率 ５０％ ～７０％ （３／６～７／１０）， 从而首次证明血清Ⅱ型鸭疫里氏杆菌在福建省的存在， 为今后研制鸭疫里氏杆菌二价甚至多价疫苗提供了依据。

A strain was isolated from livers of Beijing ducklings immunized with aluminium hydroxide adjuvant formalininactivated Riemerella anatipestifer type I bacterin and experienced a disease characterized by fibrinous pericarditis,perihepatitis and airsacculitis. It was identified as R.anatipestifer thpe Ⅱ by staining,microscopy,biochemical tests and serotyping.Higher pathogenicity with 50%-70% in mortality was found by artificial infection to Beijing ducklings.It was first documented that there is R.anatipestifer type Ⅱin Fujian province. This study has provided evidences for the preparation of bivalent or polyvalent vaccine and will help in prevention and control of R.anatipestifer infection.
