软岩大断面硐室联合支护施工技术

Large cross sectional chamber in soft rock:integrated support construction technology

柳海矿箕斗装载硐室处于松软岩层中,周围又有主井、带式输送机巷及煤仓等,因此硐室围岩受力复杂。经研究对硐室采用锚网喷+锚索+工字钢桁架+混凝土联合支护,取得较好技术及经济效果。经观测,硐室基本稳定,未出现破坏现象。

That Liuhai mine skip loading chamber is located in stratum of soft rock with the mine＇s main shaft,belt conveyor roadway and coal bunker in the vicinity leaves the chamber under complexed stress condition.By adopting a combined support of bolting and shotcreting with wire mesh ＋ anchor and cable ＋ I steel girder ＋ concrete,optimal technical and economic effects are achieved.Out of careful observation and monitoring,it is known that the chamber remains basically stable and no sign of damages is found.
