安全检查追溯否定体系在煤矿安全管理中的应用研究

Application research of safety inspection by tracing-back denial system in coal mine safety management

付村煤业公司安全生产实践中建立了隐患追溯否定责任追究制,明确了方法、层次、内容、范围、程序、考核和支撑等,对隐患追溯否定管理进行了应用实践。结果表明,通过推行追溯否定管理机制,实现了安全责任追溯性和安全检查流程的可控性,最终确保安全生产。

Safety Inspection by tracing-back denial system is discussed in the paper.Based on this,a tracing-back denial responsibility investigation system to hidden perils is established in the practice of production safety at Fucun Coal Mining Company.Its measures,arrangement,contents,scopes,processes,examinations and supports etc are defined,and practices are applied.The result shows that,through application of tracing-back denial management system,responsibility tracing back and safety inspection process could be realized,and these could secure safe production eventually.
