摘要
阐述了我国火电行业二氧化碳排放现状,对目前我国控制二氧化碳排放的两种手段———管理手段和技术手段及其有效性进行了分析,最后对二氧化碳排放在管理和技术方面给出了控制建议。
While giving a full account about the status-quo of CO2 emission from the thermal power industry in this country,this paper also conducts an analysis of the management means and the technological means as the major measures to combat the CO2 emission and their effectiveness.This paper concludes with some suggestions on CO2 emission control on its management and technical sides.
