摘要
以夏菊品种早黄为材料,研究了高温胁迫下外源一氧化氮(NO)对开花期菊花叶片和花瓣相关生理指标变化的影响。结果表明:0.2 mmol.L-1NO供体硝普钠(SNP)对高温胁迫下菊花叶片和花瓣的氧化损伤具有保护作用。与对照相比,外施SNP显著提高了叶片和花瓣中NO含量及超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶的活性,降低了超氧阴离子活力及过氧化氢和丙二醛含量。表明:NO作为一种重要的信号分子,可能通过诱导菊花抗氧化酶系统的活性来减轻细胞的膜脂过氧化,增强菊花对高温胁迫的抵抗能力。
Effects of exogenous nitric oxide(NO)on some physiological characteristics of leaves and ray florets in chrysanthemum Zaohuang at flowering stage under heat stress were investigated.The results indicated that 0.2 mmol·L-1 exogenous NO donor,named sodium nitroprusside(SNP)had obviously protective effects on leaves and ray florets oxidative damage in heat stressed chrysanthemum.Compared to the control,NO content and activities of antioxidant enzymes including superoxide dismutase,peroxidase,catalase and ascorbic acid peroxidase increased significantly in chrysanthemum plants applied with SNP,while superoxide anion produciton activity,hydrogen peroxide and malondialdehyde content decreased significantly.NO acted as an important signal molecule,might alleviate lipid peroxidation through activating antioxidant enzyme system to improve the heat resistance of chrysanthemum.
