This paper summarized the nursing care of six neonates with Pierre Robin syndrome.The key points were keeping proper body position,paying close attention to oropharyngeal tube care,reasonable oxygen therapy,feeding orderly,preventing infection and strengthening discharge education.As a result,four infants were cured or improved,one infant gave up the treatment,and one infant was transferred to receive operation.
