摘要
针对传统内科护理学教学中学生学习途径单一、缺乏团结协作性、主动性等问题,探讨以团队为基础的教学模式的设计与应用,包括团队的建立、课外准备、课上讨论、评估、总结等环节。认为此教学模式有助于提高学生成绩,培养团队协作精神,是一种促进学生主动学习的指导性教学方法。
The traditional teaching methods lack of different learning ways,cooperation and initiative among students.This study introduces the design and application of team-based learning(TBL) in Medical Nursing Course,including team building,course preparations,in-class discussion,evaluation and summary.Team-based learning was proved to be an innovative instructional teaching method,which could improve students' performance,cultivate team spirit and promote active learning.
