The Preparation of Graphite Oxide and Graphene

摘要 以-100目鳞片状石墨为原料,先采用Hummers法制备氧化石墨,经超声波振荡后得到氧化石墨烯,在还原剂硼氢化钠作用下加热回流制得石墨烯纳米材料。采用透射电子显微镜、红外光谱、X射线衍射仪对所得产物进行分析表征。 The-100 mesh flake graphite was prepared as raw materials.First of all,graphite oxide was prepared by Hummers method.Graphene oxide was prepared after super-sonic oscillation of graphite oxide,and added with sodium borohydride to obtain graphene by reflux.The products were characterized by TEM,IR and X-ray.
