摘要
以经提纯精制的高纯钠基蒙脱石为基质,钛酸正丁酯为钛源,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了钛交联蒙脱石复合材料,并对其进行焙烧处理。再利用X射线衍射、比表面积-孔径分布、扫描电镜和透射电镜等分析手段,对材料进行结构性能表征。X射线衍射和比表面积-孔径分布结果表明:经交联柱撑后,材料的层间距d001值和比表面积均大幅增加,分别由钠基蒙脱石的1.26nm和31.6m2/g增加至钛交联蒙脱石的3.65nm和409.1m2/g。扫描电镜和透射电镜分析显示:钛交联柱撑后蒙脱石颗粒粒度变小,内部孔洞增多,且经焙烧处理后,交联柱子TiO2均匀地分布在钛交联蒙脱石材料的层间,层与柱子间按Ti-O-Si键紧密结合在一起形成孔径及柱子均匀分布的高热稳定性复合材料。
A Ti-pillared montmorillonite composite(Ti-PILMs) had been synthesized through the sol-gel process with the purified ultrapure Na-montmorillonite matrix and Ti(n-C4H9O)4 as titanium source,and then was roasted carefully.The composition,structure and properties of the Ti-PILMs were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD),nitrogen adsorption desorption,scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results of XRD and specific surface area measurement showed that the interlayer free spacing and specific surface area of Ti-PILMs increased largely after pillared,and the value of d(001) and specific surface area increased from 1.26 nm and 31.6 m2/g of sodium montmorillonite to 3.65 nm and 409.1 m2/g of Ti-PILMs at most.The SEM and TEM results verified that the particle size diminished and inter-pores increased after pillared.After roasted disposal,crossing linking pillar TiO2 distributed evenly in the layers of Ti-PILMs,and the layers and the pillar presses unified closely with Ti-O-Si bond was formed the aperture and the pillar uniform distribution high heat stability compound materials.
