东毕吸虫抗原特异性的研究──土耳其斯坦东毕吸虫成虫抗原SDS-PAGE分析

THE STUDY ON THE ANTIGEN OF ORNITHOBILHARZIA —ANALYSIS OF O.TURKESTANICUM ADULTANTIGENS WITH SDS-PAGE

为了探明东毕吸虫成虫可溶性抗原的多肽组分，供今后在免疫诊断和防治东毕吸虫的应用，本试验应用ＳＤＳ－ ＰＡＧＥ首次对绒山羊体内寄生的土耳其斯坦东毕吸虫成虫可溶性抗原的多肽组分进行了分析。结果表明该抗原有１７ 条多肽带，其分子量范围２５～９３ＫＤ．其中主带７ 条，分别为２９、３０、３８、４０、６７、７８、９１ＫＤ。本试验初步阐明了土耳其斯坦东毕吸虫成虫抗原的多肽组分，为进一步对该病免疫诊断用抗原的分离、纯化。

To verify the polypeptide components of Ornithobilharzia turkestanicum adult antigens and be applied in the immunodiagnosis and immunization of Ornithobilharziasis,soluble adult antigen of the O.turkestanicum ,which was collected from Fine fair goat,was analysed by sodium docdecyl sulface polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS PAGE) in the first time.The result indicates that O.turkestanicum adult antigen has 17 polypeptide bands with MW ranging from 29 to 93KD.The main seven bands are 39,30,38,40,67,78 and 91KD.The present study expounds the polypeptide components of O.turkestaicum and made the base of further separation and purification in studies on immunodiagnosis antigens.
