Object-oriented modeling of structure and behavior for mechatronic systems

摘要 针对原理设计阶段机电一体化系统的逻辑结构模型、逻辑/物理行为模型和原理方案表达,提出了基于参考模型的机电一体化系统初步逻辑结构,以及基于统一建模语言(UML)类图的详细逻辑结构(即原理方案表达);提出了基于消息序列图(MSC)的交互行为建模及基于规范和描述语言(SDL)的逻辑/物理行为建模方法,从而基于人类认知客观世界的思维方式提出了面向对象的机电系统设计和分析的新视角。基于此对CD播放机工作系统中关键组件的原理方案解进行了表达,研究结果显示了面向对象系统建模方法的有效性。 Aiming at the logical structure model,logical/physical behavioral models and principle scheme presentations for mechatronic systems on the principle design stage,reference model was applied to represent the initial logical structure and unified modeling language(UML) diagrams to represent the detail logical structure(i.e.principle scheme presentation) of a mechatronic system.message sequence charts(MSC) were applied to expound the interaction between systems and specification and description language(SDL) charts to simulate overall(logical and physical) system behaviors.A new perspective was thereby presented on the object-oriented design and analysis for mechatronic systems based on the way of human cognition for the objective world.As an example,the system structure and behaviors of a CD player were illustrated in detail.The results indicate the effectiveness of the object-oriented system modeling method.
