Tentative Proposals for the Development and Protection of Forest Resources in Anji County——One of Bamboo Homes in China

本文分析了安吉竹乡森林资源在涵养太湖水源、保护和改善县内生态环境、发展旅游业、提高经济效益、改善人民生活水平和加快经济建设的作用和意义 ;阐述了发展和保护竹乡森林资源 ,应结合生态经济、地域经济和行政经济的诸多途径 ;提出了应用分类经营的原则 ,在保护的前提下 ,开展生态环境的研究和利用 ,提高资源的利用率 ,坚持可持续发展的战略决策 。

The role and significance of forest resources in Anji County-- one of Bamboo Homes in China is analysed in the aspect of conserving headwaters in the Tai Lake,protecting and improving ecological environments,developing tourism, raising up economic benifits,making people′s livelihood standards better,and speeding up economic construction. Such a few of approaches as ecological economy,geographical economy,and administrative economy should be put into consideration as the development and protection of forest resources is involved. A development strategy is put forward which is ,adhereing to following a sustainable development road so as to let limited forest resources to better serving forever not only Anji County,but also the Shanghai economic areas as a whole in the principle of classified management, and under a preminse of resource protection.
