芡实壳天然染料的提取及染色性能 被引量:16

摘要 从芡实壳中提取天然染料,通过正交试验研究提取次数、提取时间、提取温度、物料比和提取剂配比等因素对天然染料提取率的影响;将提取的芡实壳天然染料对真丝织物染色,通过单因素试验和正交试验,研究染料用量、染色温度、浴比、pH值对染色真丝织物K/S值和色牢度的影响,并优化了染色工艺。结果表明,优化的芡实壳天然染料提取工艺为:温度70℃,时间2 h,物料比1∶30,提取剂中乙醇60%,提取次数4次;优化的芡实壳天然染料真丝织物染色工艺为:染色温度90℃,浴比1∶40,染料用量6%,pH值为4,此时染色的真丝织物K/S值最大。 A natural dye is extracted from Euryale shell, and influences of extraction conditions on extraction yield are discussed via orthogonal experiments, including extraction time and cycles, reaction temperature, material ratio and extraction solvent. The extracts are applied to silk dyeing, and the dyeing process is optimized by studying the influences of dye dosage, dyeing temperature, liquor ratio and pH value on K/S value and color fastness of the dyeings. The results show that the optimum ex- traction conditions are 4 cycles of extraction at 70 ℃ for 2 hours with material ratio of 1 : 30 and 60% ethanol as an extraction solvent. The silk dyeings have the highest K/S value when dyed at 90 ℃ with natural dye 6%, bath ratio 1:40 and pH value of 4.
