苎麻/羊毛混纺纱活性染料一浴法染色

One-bath dyeing of ramie/wool blended yarns with reactive dyes

采用M型活性染料对苎麻/羊毛混纺纱进行染色。试验结果表明,采用M型活性染料上染苎麻/羊毛混纺纱的得色比毛用活性染料兰纳素系列得色深,且匀染性好;其优化的染色工艺为:食盐40 g/L,纯碱30 g/L,染色温度70℃,固色时间20 min,浴比1∶30。

Ramie/wool blended yarn is dyed with M type reactive dyes. The results show that color yield and levelness of ramie/wool dyeings with M type reactive dyes are better than those with Lanasol reactive dyes. The optimum one-bath dyeing process of ramie/wool blended with M type reactive dyes is determined as follows： sodium chloride 40 g/L, sodium carbonate 30 g/L, bath ratio 1：30, dyeing at 70 ℃ and fixing for 20 minutes.
