摘要
目的研究报春花科报春花属植物胭脂花(Primula maximowiczii Regel)的化学成分。方法运用多种色谱方法,从胭脂花全草中分离得到9个化合物,通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离得到的化合物结构为:2-樱草糖基-5-甲氧基-苯乙酮(1),芍药交酯(2),4-羟基-苯乙酮(3),云杉素(4),2-O-β-D-葡萄糖基-4-甲氧基-苯甲酸甲酯(5),4-樱草糖基-苯乙酮(6),山柰酚3-O-(2-O-α-L-鼠李糖基-6-O-β-D-木糖基)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7),山柰酚3-O-新橘皮糖苷(8),槲皮素3-O-龙胆双糖苷(9)。结论化合物1为新化合物,化合物2~6、9为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物7、8为首次从胭脂花中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Primula maximowiczii Regel.METHODS Nine compounds from the aerial part of P.maximowiczii were obtained by column chromatography.Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic data and physical-chemical properties.RESULTS Nine comounds were isolated and identified as 2-primeverosyl-5-methoxy-acetophenone(1),peonolide(2),4-hydroxy-acetophenone(3),picein(4),2-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-4-methoxy-methylbenzoate(5),4-primeverosyl-acetophenone(6),kaempferol 3-O-(2-O-α-L-rhamnopyransoyl-6-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),kaempferol 3-O-neohesperidoside(8) and quercetin 3-O-gentiobioside(9).CONCLUSION Compund 1 is a new one.Compound 2-6 and 9 are isolated for the first time from Primula.Compound 7 and 8 are obtained from Primula maximowiczii Regel for the first time.
