芳香化酶抑制剂在McCune-Albright综合征和睾丸毒症中的应用进展 被引量：1

摘要 目的了解芳香化酶(AIs)在McCune-Albright综合征和睾丸毒症中的应用。方法通过文献复习对AIs在这两种少见的外周性性早熟疾病中的应用进行综述。结果随着分子病因学研究的不断深入,已对这两种疾病的病理生理和发病机制有了较多了解,但临床一直缺少有效的药物治疗。第3代AIs(来曲唑等),由于可有效降低机体雌二醇水平,延缓骨骺闭合,对患者获得较好的最终身高有利,且副作用小,而用于临床研究。结论临床应用表明,对于女性M cCune-Albright综合征的疗效可能较差,但在治疗男性性早熟中,第3代AIs(来曲唑等)显示出比较理想的疗效。
