摘要 本研究对甘肃天祝高山草地野外样方中不同肥、水试验的4 种植物进行了核酸测定分析。总核酸光吸收测定数据表明草地植物种群生态适应对策发生于DNA,分化于RNA 到蛋白质的翻译过程中,这一结果初步说明了高山草地植物种群生态适应对策形成是:1)发生在DNA 控制转录RNA 的过程中;2)环境因子不同量的干扰是形成不同生态适应对策的外动力。 We have determined the nucleic acid contents of 4 species grown in the environmental conditions under the control of the different fertilizer application and irrigation norm in Tianzhu grassland of north Qilian mountain. It is indicated that the difference on the ecological adaptation of plant population in the alpine occur in the DNA and divided the translation course from the RNA to the protein. A different capacity disturbance of environment is outer dynamics on ecological adaptability of plant. A new conception about the strategy of ecological adaptability on plant, that is, have been respectively given a definition in this paper at the first time, that is, 1. an activotaxis and a mediotaxis strategical plant population — the higher content of RNA and DNA; an inertitaxis the lower content of RNA and DNA.
